Negotiated through the US State Department, the Indonesian Embassy and the Republic of Indonesia in Jakarta for the approvals in the acquisition and development of a 23,000 square foot  triple net leasehold agreement. The Indonesian Consulate Office was one of the initial commercial structures to be developed in the  first of a kind  $300million dollar T.I.F. Entertainment District which,  overlooks the Millennium Park and Lake Michigan.
